Thanks so much for your timely attention to our order. We love the collar, and I think Tootsie is thrilled to be out of the harness. She was always rolling on the carpet to scratch her back and shoulders if we left it on her, and it was a pain to put on and off many times a day to take her outside. The new collar is so easy for us to slip on and off but she hasn't pulled out of it like she used to when we first got her and only had a regular collar. We adopted her from a bulldog rescue group in Dec. She is approximately four years old and was definitely abused. She is really settling in with us and gets noticably calmer every week. Thanks again
