Return Policy
Priority mail does not GUARANTEE a 2-3 Day Delivery!  If the item is Time Sensitive it can be shipped EXPRESS MAIL with a tracking # or 2 Day UPS at additional cost to the Customer!

Our goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction through quick and simple online shopping.
We sincerely hope that you will be pleased with the products you receive. If a Greyhounds Puttin’ On The Glitz product fails to meet your standards, you may return it unused within 10 days of purchase for a refund.
Shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that custom-fitted or custom-designed items are returnable only with prior approval from Greyhounds Puttin’ On The Glitz.

All Claims should be made within 5 days from delivery date
Prior to returning any products, you must contact us and provide the following so that we can authorize and process your return
          Customer Name
          Reason for returning product
          Item code (listed on invoice/order)
          Quantity to be returned

Greyhounds Puttin’ on the Glitz! WILL NOT accept any returns without prior notification
Greyhounds Puttin’ on the Glitz! will only accept returns :
          If the product is in its original condition 
          Returned within 10 days of the delivery date
          Only with vaild return authorization

Greyhounds Puttin’ on the Glitz! will issue a refund for the cost of the product(s) only.
